Between the months of February 2008 and September 2009, Guthrum was a one man project created by Mark Wood. There was one release under his name, 'The First Ode to Many.' This received massive interest and publicity including a small independent label signing in Wales to Mynydd Du Records. Not to mention the twelve thousand plays to date with no outside admin related efforts other than his efforts. As of September 2009 it became apparent that Guthrum needed to take to the stage after the popularity of Guthrum's music had risen. The line-up is as it stands today, standing strong against the fierce winds of over howling gales. Keep your eye out for more news and upcoming shows.
